I’m Smita Fizel — a former corporate leader, mother of two daughters, and now a real estate advisor in Dubai.

For over 20 years, I worked in global leadership roles, managing teams, strategy and operations across emerging markets. Alongside my career, I was also helping my husband build our healthcare business in Dubai — quietly handling what didn’t always make headlines, but formed the foundation.

Motherhood, marriage, entrepreneurship, and corporate life all lived side by side. And somewhere in between boardrooms, school runs, and hospital licenses, I realised something — I didn’t just want to build brands for companies.

I wanted to build legacy for families — starting with my own.

So I began my second chapter — in real estate.

Why Real Estate?

Because a home is never just a property. It’s where decisions about schools, finances, visas, safety and future generations are made.

And in most of those conversations, I noticed a pattern — women were present, but not always leading.

That’s the shift I stand for.

What I do today

I guide women and families in making confident, well-informed real estate decisions in Dubai — not impulsively, but intentionally.
